Here it is! The new furniture.- A gift from the in-laws (we picked it out, they wrote the check). So while they may be emotionally unsupportive at times, they indeed generously financially supported us in this instance. And I am very grateful. MIL and I are on a clean slate (does this mean my forgiveness can be purchased? Eeks.) Anyway, let's see how long this lasts!
- I opted to forego cushioned chairs. I knew I'd never clean them and I am messy.
- Things are still awkward in the dining room, as a pack 'n' play is set up. We set Monkey here while unloading groceries, etc....
I bet you were all on the edges of your seats. Well, rest easy now.
