So my step-mother makes this awesome zucchini bread. And because zucchinis apparently overtake a garden, she makes a ton of it, so as not to waste the zucchinis. So during late summer/early fall, we all end up with about 10 loaves of it in our freezer- which is perfectly find because it tastes awesome.
Anyway, my mom has had it too at our houses, if we bring it on vacation, etc.. and she totally loves it. We were on the phone last night and I mentioned I was eating zucchini bread. She asked me if I thought my step-mom would make her some zucchini bread if she told her at my baby shower how much she loves it (assuming all goes right- *fingers crossed*).
God, I love how un-catty my mom is.
